- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mash bananas, then mix in maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla.
