- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
Topping (Optional):
- Whipped cream
- Crushed Oreos
- Chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then stir in crushed Oreos.
- Assemble & Chill: Spread filling over the crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Garnish & Serve: Add whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
