24 Oreo cookies, crushed
5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1/2 cup powdered sugar
10 Oreo cookies, crushed
Topping (Optional):
Whipped cream
Crushed Oreos
Chocolate syrup
Instructions
Make the Crust: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.
Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then stir in crushed Oreos.
Assemble & Chill: Spread filling over the crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
Garnish & Serve: Add whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
