This No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake is rich, creamy, and effortless! Made with a crunchy Oreo crust, a smooth cream cheese filling, and loaded with cookie chunks—no oven needed!

Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed

Topping (Optional):

 

  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then stir in crushed Oreos.
  5. Assemble & Chill: Spread filling over the crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Add whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
