  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 15 oz canned tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, and spices. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Melt ghee.
  3. Add onions and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and ginger; cook 2 more minutes.
  4. Stir in turmeric, paprika, garam masala, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add marinated chicken and mix well.
  6. Pour in tomato sauce and stir.
  7. Seal the Instant Pot. Pressure cook on high for 8 minutes. Quick release when done.
  8. Stir in heavy cream and simmer on sauté mode for a few minutes to thicken.
  9. Add salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.
