Ingredients
For the Shortbread Base:

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper.

Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add flour and salt, blend until crumbly. Press into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar, condensed milk, and corn syrup. Stir constantly until caramel thickens and darkens.

Pour caramel over baked shortbread. Let cool.

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Spread over caramel. Let set before slicing.
