Sheet Pan Tacos

Easy Sheet Pan Tacos with bold spices, crispy tortillas, and fresh toppings—all baked in one pan for minimal cleanup!

Ingredients

  • Protein: 1 lb chicken (or shrimp, beef, tofu)
  • Seasoning: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp garlic & onion powder, salt, pepper, lime juice
  • Tortillas & Toppings: 8 small tortillas, ½ cup cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, avocado, sour cream, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season protein with oil, spices, and lime juice.
  3. Bake on a sheet pan for 15-20 mins (shrimp: 8-10 mins).
  4. Add tortillas, sprinkle cheese, and bake 3-5 mins until crispy.
  5. Assemble tacos with toppings & serve with lime wedges.
