  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat prawns dry thoroughly.
  2. Mix cornstarch, flour, baking powder, salt, and white pepper; coat prawns lightly.
  3. Heat oil and fry prawns in batches until golden and crisp.
  4. Remove excess oil, stir-fry garlic, chilies, and green onion.
