This creamy pasta dish features tender shrimp, a rich garlic-Parmesan Alfredo sauce, and fettuccine noodles; all made with simple ingredients but packed with flavor.

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp with salt and paprika until pink (2–3 min per side). Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Gradually stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta and toss. Return shrimp to the pan.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Use coconut milk and vegan Parmesan for a dairy-free version.
