  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together chia seeds, rolled oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, and ground cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Gently fold in optional chocolate chips and shredded coconut.
  5. Using a tablespoon or small scoop, portion and roll into balls.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined tray, sprinkle sea salt (optional), and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
