- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas or broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon water
- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
- In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and water.
- Heat vegetable oil and stir-fry beef quickly until browned.
- Sauté garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and snap peas for 2–3 minutes.
- Return beef to pan, add sauce, and toss with cooked noodles.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
